01 General Terms and Acceptance

By accessing, registering on, or using the 77hp platform — whether via the website or the mobile application — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 77hp.

77hp reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the 77hp platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a resident of or physically located in the Philippines.
• Register only one personal account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration.
• Not be a previously banned or excluded player on 77hp or any affiliated platform.

77hp reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any point. This is a standard process that requires you to submit a valid government-issued ID and may include additional supporting documents. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification when requested may have withdrawals suspended until the process is completed.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — username, password, and OTP — secure. Do not share your login details with anyone. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility. Report any suspected unauthorised access to 77hp support immediately.

03 Deposits and Account Funding

All transactions on 77hp are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits must be made through the approved payment channels listed in your account's Cashier section at the time of deposit.

Approved funding methods include Philippine bank transfers, online banking via participating Philippine banks, and supported local e-wallets. 77hp does not accept deposits via credit cards or any form of cryptocurrency or digital asset.

Deposits are credited to your account balance once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. 77hp is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank or payment service provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact 77hp support with your transaction reference number.

04 Withdrawals and Payout Rules

Withdrawal requests at 77hp are processed to verified Philippine bank accounts or supported local e-wallets in PHP. To be eligible to withdraw, your account must be fully KYC-verified.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals must be sent to a payment method registered under the same name as your 77hp account.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction are displayed in the Cashier section.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe stated on the Withdrawal page.
• VIP members at eligible tiers may qualify for priority or same-day processing on qualifying requests.
• 77hp reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawal amounts.

Winnings derived from any bonus or promotional credit may be subject to additional conditions as detailed in the specific bonus terms communicated at the time the bonus was issued. 77hp does not apply undisclosed wagering requirements to cash deposits or standard in-game wins.

05 Game Play Rules and Fair Use

All games available on 77hp — including slots, live casino, fish games, eBingo, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules. By entering any game, you accept the rules specific to that game as displayed within the game interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77hp platform:

• Using software, scripts, bots, or any automated tools to interact with games or the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from identified exploits may be voided.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate outcomes in any game category.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent betting limits, bonus terms, or platform restrictions.
• Any form of match manipulation or corruption in sports betting markets.

All game outcomes on 77hp are determined by random number generation (RNG) for digital games, and by live dealer action for live casino titles. 77hp does not manipulate outcomes. In the event of a technical fault during a live game round, the affected round may be declared void and stakes returned to players.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 77hp may offer bonuses, promotional credits, cashback, or other incentives to registered players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

General conditions that apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Promotions are available to eligible registered players only and cannot be claimed by unregistered users.
• Bonus credits are distinct from cash balance and may carry usage conditions before they can be withdrawn.
• 77hp reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting or systematic low-risk play to extract bonus value — may result in account suspension.

Specific wagering requirements, eligible games, validity periods, and any other conditions attached to a promotion will be clearly disclosed before you claim the offer. 77hp does not apply undisclosed retroactive conditions to bonuses already accepted.

07 Responsible Gaming

77hp is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is for entertainment only. Online gaming involves risk, and no outcome is guaranteed. 77hp strongly encourages all players to set personal limits and play within their means.

The following self-management tools are available to all 77hp account holders:

• Deposit limits — set a maximum PHP amount you can deposit per day, week, or month.
• Session time reminders — receive alerts when you have been logged in for an extended period.
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently exclude your account from the platform.

08 Account Suspension and Termination

77hp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account if there is reasonable cause to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is being used fraudulently or in connection with illegal activity.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Multiple accounts have been created by the same person.
• Automated tools or bots have been used to interact with the platform.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 77hp may withhold withdrawal processing until the investigation is resolved. If a breach is confirmed, any balance in the account derived from prohibited activity may be forfeited. Balances from legitimate cash deposits made prior to any breach are handled according to applicable law.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account in good standing should contact 77hp support. Any remaining eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal after verification.

09 Limitation of Liability

77hp provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous availability, 77hp does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, 77hp is not liable for:

• Loss of funds or winnings resulting from service outages, connectivity issues, or device failures outside our control.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Decisions made by players based on information provided on third-party websites or social media accounts not operated by 77hp.

Nothing in these terms limits 77hp's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

10 Privacy and Data Use

Your personal data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the 77hp Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

77hp uses your personal information to verify your identity, process transactions, prevent fraud, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors and identity verification services is limited to what is necessary for those services to function.

11 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of the 77hp platform that cannot be resolved through our support team will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
